A Ghanaian man is currently receiving treatment in hospital after accidentally cutting his testicles while sleeping, according to TheSun.
Kofi Atta, a 47-year-old farmer, said he chopped part of his testicles after dozing off on the chair, during which he dreamt that he was cutting meat.
“I was sitting in my chair when I dozed off. In my sleep I dreamt that I was cutting some meat in front of me. I don’t remember how I picked up the knife,” he told BBC News Pidgin.
His wife, Adwoa Konadu, was out of town at the time and neighbors called her to tell her what happened, reports claim. She came home to find him bleeding and holding his penis and rushed to get him a diaper to reduce blood flow.

The man was then rushed to the hospital and doctors revealed he was able to get it reattached and still achieve an erection just six weeks following the surgery. The 34-year-old from Birmingham had his private parts reattached just 24 hours after chopping it off with a kitchen knife.
