A Florida teen installed security cameras in her home to prove that her father abused her for several years.
According to FOX 2, the 14-year-old girl’s mother said her daughter tried to report her father’s abuse for years but no one believed her statements. Her father, Damon Becnel, was arrested after the teen submitted two disturbing videos to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office. In the first video, Becnel is seen screaming, pointing, and headbutting the girl during an argument. He was also yelling at the dogs in their home and hitting one of them repeatedly. Becnel had a knife in his hand and held it up to the dog’s neck.
Another video shows the teen jumping on Becnal as an attempt to stop him from hurting the animals. He shoves her into a wall and headbutts the teen.

Becnel is known in the county as a well off businessman and owns an ABC Resort in Destin. He was arrested for the videos on Jan.2 but is currently out on bond. A court date was scheduled for Feb.4
