Teen Hailed As Hero For Using AK-47 To Kill Taliban Members Who Murdered Her Parents
A young Afghan teen is being hailed as a hero for killing the Taliban members that murdered her parents.
Per The Daily Mail, Qamar Gul, a teen who is reportedly aged between 14 and 16, killed Taliban members and wounded multiple other fighters, after her mother and father were savagely murdered by Taliban fighters.
Habiburahman Malekzada, a police chief, said,
“Qamar Gul, who was inside the house, took an AK-47 gun the family had and first shot dead the two Taliban fighters who killed her parents, and then injured a few others.”
The Afghan government had to move the girl and her brother from the home after more militants came back to seek revenge.
An image of the teen posing with a gun has since gone viral with many praising her.
“Hats off to her courage!” Najiba Rahmi posted to Facebook. “Well done.”
“We know parents are irreplaceable, but your revenge will give you relative peace,” Mohamed Saleh added.
