Taylor Swift Blasts Netflix Show ‘Ginny & Georgia’ Over ‘Sexist Joke’ About Her Dating History

Taylor Swift isn’t here for the Netflix show ‘Ginny & Georgia‘ after they included a “sexist joke” about her dating history in their final episode.

On Wednesday (Feb. 24), the Sarah Lampert-created dramedy premiered on the streaming platform and left a bad taste in some people’s mouths over a particular line mentioned from the show’s finale. When the mother (“Ginny”) and daughter (“Georgia”) duo featured in the series had an argument, Georgia exclaims, “What do you care? You go through men faster than Taylor Swift.”

After catching wind of the line, Taylor took to Twitter and blasted off, “Hey Ginny & Georgia, 2010 called and it wants its lazy, deeply sexist joke back. How about we stop degrading hard working women by defining this horse shit as FuNnY. Also, @netflix after Miss Americana this outfit doesn’t look cute on you 💔 Happy Women’s History Month I guess.” #Socialites, thoughts?
