Tami Roman Talks About Her Experience On Basketball Wives And Recalls How Producers Allegedly Treated OG During Her Casting Process — Called Her “Ugly” And Said She Didn’t “Dress Well”
In an interview with the @basketballwivesclub, Tami Roman opened up about her experience on the reality show and even shared how other cast mates were allegedly treated during the casting process and filming!
Roman, who always keeps it real with her fans revealed to hosts @janithatsme and @bondyblue how certain people used certain “tactics” to get on the show like starting fights with the “popular” ladies. However, Roman said that wasn’t exactly the case for OG.
“No, OG really, legitimately came on that show being herself. Now, let me just tell you guys something else. When they were putting OG through the casting process, one of the producers came up to me and said, ‘she’s ugly and doesn’t dress well,” Tami explained. “‘Wait til you get inside and see what she has on.’ And the first thing that came to my mind was that’s exactly how the f**k y’all did me!” She went on to say…
“This is some bull**** right here. OG’s mad cool and I’m glad we are friends but, I don’t necessarily know that I would have been as concerned with being her friend had they not said that.” “You understand what I’m saying? It’s like y’all are trying to make it so [that] nobody don’t like her and that’s not cool cause that’s exactly what y’all did to me. So it became my mission [to befriend her, and] it helped that she really was a cool ass chick.”
“Everything that they did to OG was wrong. Like I saw it with my own eyes. It’s not something that she’s fabricating, it’s not like she’s making up stuff. It was wrong how they treated that girl and how they did that girl legitimately and that is the honest to God truth”
OG Chijindu, who joined the cast of Basketball Wives during season 7 has not yet reacted to Tami Roman’s latest interview.
