Taliban Celebrate Beheading Of Afghan Soldier In Shocking Footage
Since the Taliban have reclaimed Afghanistan the country has been in a state of fear, with many Afghans attempting to flee their homeland.
In the latest report, a video exclusively obtained by the Washington examiner shows the Taliban beheading an Afghan soldier while chanting praise to their leader and holding the severed head of their victim by his hair in a private chatroom. It is not clear when the video was made.
This comes despite the Taliban promising better rights for women and amnesty for those who worked with the previous Afghan government.
“I would like to assure the international community, including the United States, that nobody will be harmed,” Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said previously. “We don’t want any internal or external enemies.”

The footage shows six Taliban men surrounding the victim who was on his back, with his head on his chest.
“Shoot him! He has to look shot!” One of the men can be heard saying.
Afghans spoke out about the brutality, adding that they were not surprised about the horrific acts.
“This is barbaric, and I will never trust the Taliban,” Afghan security consultant Nasser Von Wazirit told the Examiner. “A terrorist is always a terrorist.”
