Iggy Azalea Claps Back at “Blackfishing” Claims After She Drops New Music Video, ‘I Am The Strip Club’
Iggy Azalea came back on the scene with a brand new music video for her song “I Am The Strip Club,” and it has a lot of people talking.
In her new video, the Australian-born rapper switched up her look and decided to rock a black wig with some smokey makeup — a change from her signature blonde hair and soft glam look. While the music video was initially praised by her devoted fans, other users called her out and accused her of “blackfishing.”
Iggy clearly caught wind of all the early negative feedback and decided to speak out to share that she’s not bothered. While responding to one fan who pointed out that she’s being accused of blackfishing, Iggy replied, “I don’t care. F–k those ppl babe lol.” In another tweet, she explained, “I’m the same color as I always am, just in a dimly lit room with red lights. It’s the same makeup from every other part of the video just with a Smokey eye and different wig. Just ignore them, who cares? Let em talk.”
Iggy later tweeted, “I can’t care about something that ridiculous and baseless. I’m wearing a shade 6 in armarni foundation, it’s the same shade I’ve worn for the last 3 years. It’s the same shade in every music video since sally Walker. Suddenly I wear a black wig in a club scene & its an issue.”

UPDATE: Iggy Azalea Says Playboi Carti Told Her That He’ll Be There In “Spirit” After Canceling Family Christmas Trip
Just shortly after Iggy Azalea revealed that Playboi Carti has been neglecting his family since the birth of their son, she’s now opening up about how he canceled their family vacation at the very last minute.
After ranting on Twitter, Azalea hopped on Live to talk more about why she decided to air out her baby daddy and his alleged side chick. Azalea said that Carti initially wanted to take her and Onyx on a getaway for Christmas but didn’t stick to his word.
While telling Carti that they would lose the pilot for their jet if they don’t quickly confirm their trip, Iggy Azalea says Carti ended up canceling and told her: “I’ll be there in spirit.” She responded, “really your son’s first Christmas?”
She went on to call him “trifling” because he’d rather be celebrating this album release than spend time with his family especially his son for his first Christmas.

Iggy Azalea And Playboi Carti Reportedly Welcomed Their First Child!
Back in December, we broke the news that rapper Playboi Carti and Iggy Azalea were expecting their first child together. Sources who are close friends with the couple shared that Iggy was six months along. However, at the time, no further details were shared like whether they were expecting a boy or girl — or if they had any plans on revealing the special news to their fans.
According to the latest update, the 29-year-old star reportedly gave birth to her baby with rapper boyfriend Carti, 23, over the weekend! While the couple has yet to publicly confirm the news of welcoming their first child together, fans have been congratulating them all over social media.
One fan tweeted, “So happy for Iggy, she’s going to be a great mom.” DJ Akademiks even claimed he “talked to some ppl” to confirm the news then congratulated them “on the birth of their son.”

Playboi Carti Arrested On Gun & Drug Charges In Atlanta
On Thursday (April 3), Atlanta rapper Playboi Carti was pulled over and arrested on gun and drug charges in Clayton County.
Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill said officers stopped Carti, real name Jordan Carter, in his Lamborghini for expired tags. Upon searching his vehicle, deputies discovered three guns, 12 bags of marijuana, Xanax, Codeine and Oxycodone in his possession.
In addition to Carti, a friend, Jaylon Tucker, was also arrested and taken in. Since booking, he’s bonded out of jail overnight, as he’s not listed in online booking as of Friday morning.
Prior to this incident, in November 2019, Carti, boyfriend of Australian rapper Iggy Azalea, was the victim of a home burglary. The couple had more than 350,000 worth of jewelry stolen from their Buckhead, GA home.

We are back for another unfiltered show as Nick Young, AKA, “Swaggy P” takes the hot seat and joins Jason, Apryl and Damage for some raw conversation!
Nick isn’t afraid to drop the tea, he breaks his silence on the breakdown of his engagement with raptress Iggy Azalea, including the time when his fellow teammate D’Angelo Russell tried to prank him by recording him talking about allegedly cheating on Iggy. The video somehow got out and caused a ruckus, but, Nick seems laid back now and settled. Celebrities filled the UCLA Pauley Pavilion For the $50K Charity Challenge Celebrity Basketball Game and Hollywood Unlocked has the exclusive!
Hollywood Unlocked was in the building on Tuesday night as celebrities and hundreds of fans packed out the UCLA Pauley Pavilion for the $50K Charity Challenge Celebrity Basketball Game.
The teams consisted of athletes, actors, comedians, and social media influencers coached by Andre Drummond and Eric Dickerson. All these people were brought together under one roof to support not just one, but multiple amazing charities.
There were so many people in attendance who got to meet stars like Blake Griffin and Maria Menounos, Floyd Mayweather, Kendra Wilkinson, Terrell Owens, Tekashi 6ix 9ine, Rocsi Diaz, Laura Govan, Angel Brinks and the list just keeps going on and on.
During halftime, fans enjoyed performances from Sawettie and Tyga who brought out Iggy Azalea.
When talking to the players and celebs in attendance, they all had the same message about giving back to charity. It does not matter where you start or how you start, just find something that is close to your heart and give your time. It’s not always about giving money!
