T.I. Says He Had No Malicious Intentions When He Confirmed His Late Friend Urinated On Drake

T.I. sent social media into a frenzy when he confirmed a long-standing rumor about fellow rapper Drake. As we previously reported, T.I. rapped about Drizzy getting peed on by his late friend in a song off his new album titled “The L.I.B.R.A.” He says, “While I’m fightin’ my own, somehow got you home/So drunk in LA, end up pissin’ on Drake, shit/Fuck it, that’s still my brother.”

The confirmation had fans believing that the Atlanta rapper was taking a shot at Drake for bringing the embarrassing moment back up. However, while speaking about the backlash he received in an recent interview on Rap Life Radio with Ebro Darden, T.I. insisted he wasn’t disrespecting the OVO Tao star.

“I shut all that shit down. I didn’t wanna be part of something that was a harmless incident,” the 40-year-old said. “I didn’t want it to be weaponized against anybody. “ T.I. then revealed that he was actually upset over the situation. “I was pissed off at my partner when it happened … The wildest sh*t I’ve ever seen before in my f*cking life. You know what I’m saying? But that sh*t, I ain’t had no malicious intent …”

He went on to say, “I just don’t see how it could ever be taken as a diss. I don’t see how that could be. That would be someone allowing their emotions to manipulate them, if so.”
