A disturbing video shows the moment a gunman opens fire on a FedEx driver as he exited an apartment building in Brooklyn.

The unidentified 44-year-old driver was delivering packages on 395 Livonia Ave in Brooklyn when the gunman shot him in the back around 11:15 a.m. Prior to the shooting, the surveillance footage shows the suspect holding the entrance door for a woman then firing several shots at the driver after he exits the building. According to the New York Post, the driver was shot in the back, and neck before he was transported to Brookdale Hospital for treatment and reported to be in serious but stable condition.
FedEx said in the following statement, “We are aware of an attack on one of our couriers today in Brooklyn, and our immediate concern is for the well-being of our colleague. The safety and security of our team members is our highest priority.”

Another video showed the aftermath of the shooting when the victim fled the scene on his hands and knees. Investigators are still searching for the suspect as no arrests have been made and believe it was a targeted attack.
