A lawsuit has been filed against rapper Blueface by Jackilyn Martinez, the mother of Soulja Boy’s child. The legal action comes after Blueface made false and defamatory statements about Martinez claiming he slept with her a day before her baby shower.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Jackilyn Martinez wasted no time in taking Blueface to court, accusing him of spreading falsehoods about her and her child. The feud initially started with a debate about who would prevail in a Verzuz battle, but quickly spiraled out of control.
During the exchange,
Blueface made claims about his involvement with Martinez, including the assertion that he had slept with her the day before her baby shower. The legal documents further detail Blueface’s comments, such as claiming paternity of the child and making explicit remarks about Martinez’s alleged actions. However, the documents clarify that while Martinez and Blueface did have protected sexual relations once in 2018, there has been no sexual contact between them since.

In an attempt to rectify the situation, Jackilyn Martinez’s legal team sent Blueface a cease and desist letter on Tuesday, demanding the removal of all defamatory statements from his social media platforms. However, instead of complying with the letter’s demands, Blueface chose to mock Martinez by posting on Instagram, “Nobody ever said your name… I don’t even know who you are.”
As a result of Blueface’s defamatory statements, Martinez claims to have received death threats, exacerbating the distress caused by the ongoing feud. Before filing the lawsuit, Martinez addressed the claims in an Instagram story post.
“The statements being made about me are defamatory and false and my lawyers have sent a cease and desist to Blueface.”
Blueface has yet to respond to the lawsuit or make a statement about the claims.
