Soulja Boy Sued For Allegedly Pistol-Whipping Woman In The Head
We haven’t heard from Soulja Boy in a good minute and last time we checked, he was focusing on getting his life together and staying clean after being released from jail for violating his probation.

While he’s trying his best to stay out of trouble, there are still a few situations that he has to deal with. According to The Blast, the rapper is reportedly being sued by a woman who claims she was violently bashed in the head with a gun by the rapper. She also claims he ordered for her to be tied up, and was allegedly victimized sexually by another person inside of his home.
This all reportedly went down back in February, according to the filing by a woman who claims she and SB had an on-and-off-again “romantic” relationship for 4 years. Apparently, she and another woman who worked for the rapper got into a physical altercation over backing a car out of his driveway. During the big fight, she says Soulja Boy, “approached yelling profanities and kicked her, stomped her on the stomach and bashed her head with a large gun.”
Soulja Boy, real name Deandre Way, also allegedly “held the gun to her (the woman’s) head and told her she was going to die that night and would not make it home.” She claims she was “hurt so badly that she had trouble breathing,” The Blast quotes.
From there, the woman claims he ordered his assistant to clean her up following the alleged beatdown then “instructed his assistant, to take her in the garage and tie her up with duct tape.” Eventually, she alleges one male inside the home told her:
“that he would let her go if she performed oral sex on him.” The woman claims, at the time, she “felt she has no choice but to perform oral sex on him in order to escape the garage.”
The Blast also notes that she was able to leave the next day. She claims she filed a police report and was then “taken to the hospital where she was told she had three fractured ribs and a facial contusion.”
As we previously reported, the rapper was arrested in April, for a probation violation after cops issued a search warrant based on an allegation he kidnapped a woman. It appears the cases are related. The news site notes that
the woman is now suing for assault & battery, false imprisonment, along with sexual battery.
The amount she suing for has not been shared but she says she continues to suffer from emotional distress, anxiety, depression, humiliation, and fear, The Blast reports.
