Soho Karen’s Second DUI Arrest Caught On Camera

A witness uploaded to social media Miya Ponsetto’s second DUI arrest and it shows her resisting arrest and being aggressive towards a police officer in Ventura County.

The ‘Soho Karen’ was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, DUI, and obstructing a peace officer or EMT.  A witness who recorded the video said Ponsetto and her mother, Nicole, was arguing with each other on the side of a road by their Range Rover. Additionally, the witness asked the pair if they needed help but Ponsetto drove away from the scene recklessly.

After the witnesses contacted police worrying that Ponsetto and her mother may have been intoxicated, they pulled up to a local gas station where the arrest occurred. Ponsetto resisted after officers tried to detain her and she screamed that she wanted to see a warrant. At the time of Ponsetto’s arrest, her blood alcohol level was at recorded .14, almost twice the legal limit as reported by TMZ.

Ponsetto is currently in New York City where she faces multiple charges for attacking Keyon Harrold’s 14-year-old son after she accused him of stealing her phone. During her Saturday court appearance, she did not enter a plea and was did not disclose that the victim was black.
