Prior to accusing a Black teen of stealing her iPhone at a hotel in Manhattan, it has been revealed that Miya Ponsetto has a previous arrest record for multiple offenses.

Ponsetto was arrested last February in Beverly Hills for public intoxication and she is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 28. She also has another record for driving while under the influence in Calabasas and was charged with four misdeameanors-one for driving without a license, another for unlawful use of a driver’s license and two counts of DUI. Ponsetto pleaded no contest for the arrest in September and is scheduled to appear for a hearing on Jan. 14.
In August 2019, she was involved in a civil case involving an eviction for non-payment.

For the assault at the Arlo Hotel in New York City, Ponsetto faces several charges which include assault, grand larceny, and other charges. According to the New York Post, Ponsetto was spotted at a local McDonalds in Piru, California and dodged questions about the assault.
