The daughter in law of a billionaire, who shot dead a Belize cop is speaking out for the first time.

Jasmine Hartin spoke to the DailyMail.com claiming she was the victim of an attempted rape prior to ‘accidentally’ shooting the Belizean police officer, who allegedly saved her from the attack.

Hartin claimed that Jemmott told her to get a gun license and was showing her how to use his weapon when it accidentally went off and killed him on May 28. In other claims she said she was giving him a massage at the time.

Hartin, who is facing a manslaughter charges, was also recently arrested for attacking her estranged husband Andrew Ashcroft, the son of British billionaire Lord Michael Ashcroft.

While speaking about Henry to the Mail, Hartin continued to claim that it was an accident.

“Henry was my friend. It was an accident, I didn’t flee the scene. The first thing I did was call the police myself,” she said.

“There’s literally not a day that goes by when I don’t cry and my frigging chest doesn’t hurt and ache for his kids, for his family, for him.”
