Social Media Shows Support For Dwyane Wade And Zaya Over New Father-Daughter Hairdos
Last week, former NBA star Dwyane Wade debuted a new look on Instagram. The 38-year-old shared pictures which showed that he had died his hair pink! Dwyane later followed up with more snaps to the ‘gram where he could be seen with even brighter hair. He captioned one of his posts, “When they think they know you —switch up!” He also added the hashtags #Free and #redhairdontcate”

While fans seem to love his fun look, they also really enjoyed his daughter Zaya’s new hairdo. In their now-viral TikTok clip, Zaya can be seen sporting a cool pastel pink fro. The video has since gathered over 500,000 like as well as 9,000 comments.
Meanwhile, fans took to Twitter to share how much they love seeing Dwyane support his teen, who officially came out as transgender earlier this year. One Twitter user wrote, “Idc what no one says Dwyane Wade is a good dad he loves and supports his daughter unconditionally!!” Another user wrote, “I honestly will never get over how good a parent Dwyane Wade (& Gabby U) are to their daughter. Like…I don’t think it’ll ever stop hitting me.”
