Slim Thug Says He’s Voting For Kamala Harris Strictly Because She’s Black: “How Are You Black Not Representing For The Black Woman?”

Rapper Slim Thug is the latest celebrity to share his views on the upcoming presidential election and reveal his choice of candidate.

During one of his Instagram Live sessions, Slim Thug expressed his reason why he’s for Kamala Harris, and it’s real clear… it’s simply because she’s Black!

He stated, “How is you Black not representing for the Black woman? I can understand white people voting for Donald Trump or any other race… Ima vote for Kamala strictly ‘cause she’s Black. I don’t even know her motherf—ing policies. I don’t know what type of people y’all is. But I’m voting for the Black woman.” Slim Thug went on to defend Kamala from folks who continue to claim she’s not Black. Here’s what he had to say:

While Slim Thug’s reasons for supporting Harris are clear, he is not alone in his endorsement. Other celebrities have also spoken out in favor of Kamala Harris, citing various reasons that reflect her policies and vision for the future.

As we previously reported, following the first debate between Harris and former president Donald Trump, Swift quickly announced she was endorsing the vice president in an Instagram post.

“I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election. I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them. I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos,” she wrote.

Pop star Kesha said she plans to support Harris in November and, when asked how she felt about JD Vance, she responded “f—- that man.”

Beyoncé’s mom and businesswoman Tina Knowles endorsed Harris with an Instagram post while former President Barack Obama said he and wife will also support Harris in the upcoming election. “We agree with President Biden,” said the couple’s statement, “choosing Kamala was one of the best decisions he’s made. She has the resume to prove it. There is no doubt in our mind that Kamala Harris has exactly what it takes to win this election and deliver for the American people.”
