R&B singer Emani 22 has passed away at the age of 22 after she was fatally struck by a vehicle in Los Angeles.

According to our sources, Emani 22 “passed away as she was walking her friend to her car and someone hit her,” and drove off. The young star is reported to have suffered from a brain bleed after she was struck by a vehicle on Santa Monica Boulevard around 6:05 a.m. Saturday. Authorities have described the vehicle as a 2017 or 2019 four-door white Mercedes C Class and its driver did not stop to help Emani after the incident.
Bhad Bhabie called the singer her “big sister” after dedicating a post to Emani 22 on her Instagram page. She writes: “I don’t even know what to say…This doesn’t even feel real. I used to spend almost every day with you. You taught me so many things. You are my inspiration for many things (hair, nails, style, etc) my big sister. I’m gonna miss you so much.”

Producer J Maine also confirmed the singer’s death in a statement to People and said Emani was “a wonderful individual that literally brightened up any room she was in” and added that he worked on her latest project ‘The Color Red.’
“It hurts so bad to know that the last time I saw her was the last time I’d ever see her again. I considered her to be like a little sister to me,” he concluded. “She will be missed and never forgotten, and I’ll always think about the great times we had hanging out.”
