Shooting At 12-Year-Old’s Birthday Party In Louisiana Leaves Nine Children Injured
A shooting at a 12-year-old’s birthday in LaPlace, Louisiana has left nine children injured including the child who’s birthday was being celebrated.
It’s reported that last Saturday evening (Apr. 17), the violent incident allegedly began after “verbal confrontations” between two groups “with an ongoing feud.” Investigators say there was about 60 people in attendance and “not one” witness has come forward about the incident; which officials believe involved two guns fired.

Of those injured are: the 12-year-old, who was shot in both legs; a 13-year-old boy, who was shot in the leg; a 14-year-old boy, with a gunshot would to the head who’s in the hospital in stable condition; a 14-year-old boy shot in the leg; a 15-year-old boy shot in the foot; a 16-year-old, who was shot in the stomach who’s also in the hospital in stable condition; a 16-year-old boy, who was grazed in the ribs; and a 17-year-old boy, who was shot in the arm. At this time of publishing, no arrests have been made.
