In the terrifying surveillance video, a car is seen parked in the driveway of an A1 Hand Car Wash, in Hesperia, California. The baby boy’s great aunt was digging around the rear driver’s seat of a Black Nissan Rogue as he sat in a stroller behind her.

Then suddenly, a huge gust of wind began to blow the stroller down the driveway, right toward a busy road, identified as Bear Valley Road. As soon as the the boy’s great aunt realized he was no longer behind her, she tried to run after him, but quickly tripped, falling to the ground.
