Second Woman Accuses Joe Biden Of Inappropriate Behavior

On Monday, a second woman came forward claiming the potential 2020 Democratic presidential candidate acted inappropriately towards her.

Connecticut native Amy Lappos came forward to The Hartford Courant and shared that Biden once grabbed her head and rubbed his nose on hers during a political fundraiser 10 years ago.

“It wasn’t sexual, but he did grab me by the head,” Lappos told the newspaper. “He put his hand around my neck and pulled me in to rub noses with me. When he was pulling me in, I thought he was going to kiss me on the mouth.”

While explaining how upset she was, Ms Lappos called on Mr Biden not to run for the White House, saying: “Uninvited affection is not okay. Objectifying women is not okay.”
Lappos is now the second woman to accuse Biden of inappropriate behavior. As we previously reported, Lucy Flores, a former Nevada politician, also recently alleged that Biden touched her shoulders without consent.

Although Biden has yet to respond to the allegations by Lappos, he did issue a statement on Sunday about the Flores, saying it was never his intention to make women feel discomfort and if he did so, “I will listen respectfully.”
