Scott Disick and Sofia Richie have ended their three year relationship amid Scott’s admittance to a rehab facility and other factors.

According to Page Six, the couple had been quarantining separately and the lack of time together had contributed to the end of their relationship. The pair started dating in 2017 and separated temporarily in 2018 when it was discovered that Disick cheated on Richie but they reconciled months later.
A source close to the couple states Scott had issues overcoming his past traumas including coping with the loss of both parents. They also claimed Kourtney Kardashian may have been another factor to their relationship ending:
“Kourtney didn’t make it easy for her and you can only tolerate that kind of treatment for so long.”

Last weekend, Scott celebrated his birthday with Kourtney and their three kids in Utah. It was reportedly his first public outing since his stint in rehab.
