Safaree Refuses To Give Full Custody Of Kids To Erica Mena
As we reported recently, Safaree and Erica Mena were calling it quits after Erica filed for divorce.
TMZ reports that Safaree is willing to give Erica their primary home, however, he is denying her request to have primary custody of their daughter Safire, and their unborn child.
The “Love & Hip Hop” star responded to Erica’s custody request in her divorce filing. Per the gossip outlet, legal papers state that Safaree is requesting that he have joint legal custody, for both of their children. Erica also has a son from a different relationship.

In the initial filing, it was reported that Erica also wanted child support. Safaree wants to deny this request and have the court decide whether either party will have to pay child support.
Safaree also wants to keep exclusive possession of their cars and any property acquired as individuals while they were married.
