The court documents claim the boxer showed up at a restaurant on July 19 where Andrea was dining with her brother, causing a scene and threatening her brother. After they left, she alleges that he followed her home and waited outside in his car for ten minutes. According to TMZ, the situation escalated when, two days later, Garcia sent her several harassing text messages, allegedly threatening to put a “hit” on her brother if she did not call him. He reportedly wrote, “It’s f***** WAR…I want to murder your…Brother, I can’t wait. We are going to kill him.” Additionally, Andrea claims he texted, “I’ll kill your dad and your brother at the same time.”

When she informed Garcia of her intentions to file a restraining order, he responded she wouldn’t receive it because he would pay off the judge. She also claims that Garcia has been harassing her on social media, humiliating her in front of his followers, and even threatening to share their private sex tapes.

Two weeks ago, the boxer accused Andrea of cheating and posted their argument on Instagram. She posted several text messages and missed calls in response to the accusation.
