Say what?! Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani has been accused in a $10 million lawsuit of forcing a staffer into performing oral sex on him … while he was on speaker phone with Donald Trump! And allegedly he claimed he wanted “to feel like Bill Clinton.”

Rudy Giuliani Accused Of Forcing Staffer To Perform Oral Sex While On Speaker Phone With Trump, He Allegedly Wanted To ‘Feel Like Bill Clinton’
It is reported that 43-year-old Noelle Dunphy is seeking $10 million in damages from her former 78-year-old boss. In her lawsuit, Dunphy — who first began working for Giuliani in January 2019 while he was working as Trump’s lawyer — accused him of forcing her to perform an oral sex act on him.
She claimed he created a hostile work environment — in which she accused him of frequently being under the influence of alcohol, leading him to allegedly become abusive. She also claimed he heavily relied on Viagra.
She claimed Giuliani would boast about being able to “break the laws.” With that, she added that Giuliani would insist that she work from his apartment, and “demanded that she work naked, in a bikini, or in short shorts with an American flag on them that he bought for her.”
In her 70-page lawsuit — filed on Monday (May 15) before the New York State Supreme Court — Dunphy also claimed that Giuliani would inundate her with several text messages and calls — which she eventually would decide to record. In one of those instances,

Dunphy captured a conversation from February 23, 2019. She said Giuliani told her he could “get in trouble with underage girls” if they were 16, but looked 20. She also claimed that aside from the sexual allegations, her former boss owes her $2 million in unpaid wages.
Dunphy claimed that she was hired for $1 million a year, and was promised free legal advice for a domestic violence case she was fighting.
However, because Giuliani was going through a divorce with his third wife, Judith Nathan — who filed in April 2018 after 16 years of marriage — Dunphy claimed she wasn’t paid upon hiring but she “reluctantly agreed to defer her pay and not to publicize her employment because she viewed the job, the salary, and the free legal representation as being worth the wait.”

Following her hiring, she claims the sexual harassment immediately began. Dunphy’s lawsuit claims, “While working with Ms. Dunphy, Giuliani would look to Ms. Dunphy, point to his erect penis, and tell her that he could not do any work until ‘you take care of this.’ Thus, Ms. Dunphy worked under the constant threat that Giuliani might demand sex from her at any moment.”
The lawsuit added, “Even when the Covid-19 pandemic halted Giuliani’s ability to physically assault her, he demanded that she disrobe during their work-related videoconferences. Throughout the employment and attorney-client relationship, Giuliani forced Ms Dunphy to perform oral sex on him.”
Dunphy’s lawsuit continued, “[Giuliani] often demanded oral sex while he took phone calls on speaker phone from high-profile friends and clients, including then-President Trump. Giuliani told Ms. Dunphy that he enjoyed engaging in this conduct while on the telephone because it made him ‘feel like Bill Clinton.'”
This of course refers to the infamous and controversial oral sex scandal with former President Bill Clinton and his staffer Monica Lewinsky.
Dunphy’s lawsuit also claimed that Giuliani reportedly liked to insult her during sex, and was fascinated with BDSM.
