Riz Ahmed and Octavia Spencer Hit Carpet For Amazon Prime’s Encounter Premiere
Hollywood Unlocked was in the building for Amazon Prime’s Encounter as Riz Ahmed and Octavia Spencer hit the premiere at the Directors Guild of America on Thursday night in Los Angeles.
Director Michael Pearce, co-stars Janina Gavankar, Rory Cochrane, Lucian-River Chauhan, and Aditya Geddada also joined them for the evening!
Their new movie follows the story of two brothers who set off on a journey with their father, who is trying to protect them from an alien threat, but everything is not what it seems as we the audience are also thrown into a journey of discovering what’s real and where and what our servicemen deal with when it comes to the psychological trauma of what they have been through and the effect on their loved ones,
Encounter is a one-of-a-kind film that pushes boundaries, with some lighthearted parental moments while continuing to tell the story of a concerned father who needs to be rescued himself.
