Rihanna continues to win in life!
The 34-year-old superstar made Forbes’ annual list of America’s richest self-made women for the third year in a row, ranking 21st overall. She’s the only billionaire under 40 on the list, making her now the youngest SELF-MADE billionaire woman in the US!
Rihanna’s net worth currently sits at $1.4 billion, partly from her successful music career. Most of her earnings come from her other businesses including Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, and Savage X Fenty. According to Forbes, reality star and business mogul Kim Kardashian is reportedly behind Riri, coming in at second place.
When Did Rihanna Become A Billionaire?
Rihanna officially became a billionaire and the wealthiest female musician in the world back in August 2021.
While speaking with the New York Times, Rihanna spoke about how it feels to be a billionaire, “It’s tricky because it’s hard to even accept that’s where you’re at because I know where I’ve come from,” she said. “At the same time, it feels good to be able to inspire young women and boys, who like me, come from humble beginnings, who come from parents who are immigrants or who are immigrants themselves, to be able to do this.”
She added, “I get scared when the pedestal comes into play and people put you up there and keep wanting to put you up there,” she told Extra TV. “I wanna feel my feet on the ground because I know it’s not gonna be a fall at all if anything, right?”
As amazing as this sounds, Rihanna has even more great things to celebrate. She recently became a mom last month after welcoming her first child with ASAP Rocky. Just recently she was spotted out for the first time since giving birth.

Although Rihanna has not yet talked about what motherhood has been like for her since, she previously shared what kind of mother she’ll be like while she was in her third trimester.
“You talk about my kids, it’s over,” she promised. We believe her. But when she’s not in defensive mode, it seems like Rih plans to give her child a lot of freedom.
