Rick Ross Drops A $1M Bag On 87 Acres Of Land In Georgia

Rick Ross is truly out here buying back the block and buying up all the land in the South as he drops a $1 million bag on 87 acres of land in Georgia.

The rapper-turned-serial-entrepreneur not only owns his own Wing Stop, Checkers/Rallys, haircare line, alcohol and more, but is now acquiring more land in Georgia, where he’s building an empire.

In the same vein as Kanye West‘s move, where he bought thousands of acres in Wyoming, Rozay looks to expand his “Promise Land” in Fayetteville, GA, about 20 miles outside of Atlanta and not far from his multimillion dollar mansion he currently calls home. The plot of land comes with 2 houses that could either be renovated for Ross to live in or use as rentals.

Ross’ current mansion, which can be looked at as compound, features a whopping 109 rooms, 12 of them bedrooms and 21 of them bathrooms. The property used to belong to boxing legend Evander Holyfield, and was acquired by Ross in 2014 at $5.8 million after a bank foreclosed on it.
