RFK Jr. Clowns Trump’s Diet, Says He Doesn’t Know How He’s Still Alive

Welp, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is calling it like he sees it… and when it comes to President Donald Trump’s eating habits, he’s clearly confused and a little amazed.

The Department of Health and Human Services secretary recently pulled up on The Katie Miller Podcast and didn’t hold back when asked who in the president’s Cabinet has the wildest food choices.

Without holding back, Kennedy put it on Trump.

“The president,” he said flat out, sending the host into laughter. “Oh, you know, the interesting thing about the president is that he eats really bad food, which is McDonald’s, and then, you know, caffeine and Diet Coke. He drinks Diet Coke all the time. He has the constitution of a deity. I don’t know how he’s alive, but he is.”

Still, Kennedy tried to clean it up a bit, explaining that Trump’s fast-food addiction mostly shows up when he’s on the road. When Trump’s posted up at Mar-a-Lago or holding it down at the White House, the meals are apparently a lot more respectable.

“I think you get this if you travel with him, you get this idea that he’s just pumping himself full of poison all day long, and you don’t know how he’s walking around, much less being the most energetic person, you know, any of us have ever met. I think he actually does eat pretty good food usually,” Kennedy said.

This isn’t new commentary either. Kennedy has been vocal before about Trump’s food choices, straight-up admitting that “the stuff that he eats is really, like, bad.”

Even with the jokes and the side comments, Trump keeps defying expectations. He turns 80 this June and already made history by becoming the oldest president ever elected after locking in his second term in 2024 at age 78.

As for his health stats, there’s been some progress. According to The New York Times, Trump weighed 244 pounds back in 2020, which put him in the obese range for his 6-foot-3 frame. This year, his doctor reported he’s down to 224 pounds.

Diet Coke, McDonald’s, and all, Trump’s still standing, and even his own health secretary can’t quite explain how.
