Kanye West allegedly had a meltdown during a court-ordered deposition and he is now facing sanctions for his behavior.

Earlier this week, Kanye West attended a court deposition to meet with lawyers from the black-owned company MyChannel. MyChannel filed a $20 million lawsuit against West claiming that he renewed a deal with the company and stole their technology to sell his Sunday Service merchandise. In an exclusive by All Hip Hop, the company has been asking for West to appear in court for a deposition but a judge granted that he be quizzed virtually about his involvement with MyChannel because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Court documents state that West allegedly called MyChannel’s attorney, Michael Popok, “boy” twelve times during the meeting and refused to look at him while playing with his cellphone. He also asked him if he was “f****ing stupid” and didn’t any further questions plus told Popok how lucky he was to deposing “the richest Black man in America and a Black Trump supporter and that he couldn’t be bothered with the deposition because he had lives (and diets) to change.”

The rapper reportedly put on his full-face Jesus hoodie and mask that covered his face and body plus refused to take it off after MyChannel’s lawyers asked him to take it off. West said in response that the lawyers did not have the right to see his face. Due to his antics, he is being sanctioned for $63,000.
