Red Robin is facing a lawsuit after a customer claimed their employees placed semen in his salad dressing after accusing them of racial discrimination.

The lawsuit claims the customer, identified as T.C., consumed a “decent amount” of human semen after receiving a garden salad from one of the employees in March 2021. He says the incident occurred when he and eight other people were asked to be seated separately and noticed larger groups of white patrons were seated together. Moments later, manager Jason Fosberg reportedly referred to T.C. and his family as a “big gang” since they were a Black family with several children.

After consuming the salad, T.C. reportedly vomited and went to a local hospital where he was diagnosed with anxiety and nausea. His lawyer, Jason Kafoury, said in a statement that his client was traumatized by the incident, and police confirmed after lab tests that the specimens in the salad belonged to “human genetic material.”

According to Oregon Live, investigators asked for the list of employees who worked at the restaurant on that night but management explained that their records were down due to a computer hack. However, the information was issued later on.
