Ray J says he “will not be silenced” after his ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian and her mother/manager Kris Jenner filed a defamation lawsuit against him for claiming they’re facing a racketeering (RICO) investigation.

On September 26, we shared that Ray J said he was planning to bring RICO charges against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner. The “One Wish” singer went live on Twitch and told fans he’s ready to drop a federal RICO case on his ex and her mother.
Noting the explosive and viral history between Ray J and the Kardashians/Jenners, the revelation took the internet by surprise. During Ray’s livestream with rapper and internet personality Chrisean Rock, Ray dropped the bomb.
Ray said, “The federal RICO, though, on KK and Kris? Wooo. The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy.”
While speaking with Chrisean Rock, Ray J continued, “I’m talking about, I’m on the news every day. I’m gonna say a lot of sh*t. Anybody that is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now, the rain is coming. The feds is coming. There’s nothing I can do about it. It’s worse than Diddy. It’s worse than Diddy.”

As he dropped his explosive news, the 44-year-old singer failed to drop any receipts or legal proof to support his alleged RICO claims. However, back in 2021 and 2022 things between Ray J, Kim Kardashian, and Kris Jenner took a new twist.
For years, the singer has been engaging in a back-and-forth with the Kardashians over who leaked the infamous sex tape of him and Kim. While Ray pointed the finger at Kris and Kim, they said it was him who sat with execs and inked a deal to make money on its release.
In June 2021, Kim opened up abut why she addressed her scandal with Ray on a then-recent episode of ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians.’ By September 2021, rumors were floating that there was a second tape of Kim and Ray. Her lawyers denied the claims. Days later, Ray spoke out and said, “This ain’t cool.”
By April 2022, Kim reportedly hired lawyers to prevent this alleged second tape of her and Ray from leaking. In May 2022, Ray then insisted that Kim did in fact have a second tape. He also denied sticking a “dildo in her butt,” as insinuated on the Kardashians Hulu show, ‘The Kardashians.’

Subsequent to the test results, Ray J set the internet on fire and began dropping “The Rayceipts” on the Kardashians. He went live and shared a powerpoint presentation with NDAs, contracts, and more.

Fast forward to September 26, when Ray J claimed he was bringing RICO charges against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner. By October 1, the mother and daughter duo filed a defamation lawsuit. Responding to the paperwork, Ray is now claiming he “will not be silenced.”
While taking to a recent Twitch stream, Ray showed his viewers Kim and Kris’ defamation lawsuit. Furthermore, he fired off:
“I defamed you? How? How I defame you? You just paid me all this money. You didn’t mention that, huh? You didn’t mention that. But you also didn’t mention that you was supposed to tell Hulu to take that sh*t down, bro. These b*tches already paid me $5 million, bro. And they trying to make me a slave, bro. I can show you all the dirty sh*t they telling me.
This ain’t even no money. This ain’t even no money, bro. Like this ain’t cool. Y’all trying to play with me. Y’all think that I’m on here acting like an a**, like I’m just obsessed. I’m obsessed with you? You obsessed with me. I got all the proof. This is you telling me, please don’t tell nobody. You going to jail. This is bribery. And you keep pressing me every year. And I don’t want to take this sh*t no more, bro. I don’t want to take your f***ing money. Like, this is bad. This is not cool. Money is not everything, y’all. Remember that. Money doesn’t make you.
