Rapper Lil Mosey Ordered To Stay 500 Feet Away From Rape Accuser Since Not Guilty Plea
Back in April, we shared that Seattle rapper Lil Mosey, born Lathan Moses Echols, 19, was hit with a second-degree rape charge, to which he plead not guilty. Now, he’s been ordered to stay 500 feet away from his rape accuser.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the “Blueberry Faygo” rapper was slapped with a pre-trial order of protection issued in Lewis County, Washington. The order cites that Mosey must refrain from contacting the alleged victim in any way and that he must remain at least 500 feet away from her at all times as the trial begins and proceeds. Additionally, he cannot obtain or possess a firearm or other dangerous weapons, nor a concealed pistol license, and must surrender any firearms to the Sheriff’s Office. He’s also encouraged to refrain from using drugs or drinking alcohol.

As we previously shared, a woman claimed that Mosey and another man, a co-defendant identified as 19-year-old Francisco Prater of Silver Creek, sexually assaulted her after meeting up with them on January 6, 2020 in Randle. The woman alleges on a car ride to their final destination, Mosey exposed himself and she consented to sex. However, during their ride, she says she blacked out and later woke up to the rapper and Prater forcibly having sex with her. Mosey faces life in prison if convicted.
