It looks like more people are coming after R.Kelly, including Chicago building officials for numerous fines and violations that have been placed on his Chicago music studio.

TMZ reports that the Chicago studio that was a staple part of “Surviving R. Kelly” has been hit with 66 building code violations. They include violations for using the place as a residence, not obtaining permits to build a sauna, steam room, and a bar.

Apparently, the legal files show that each violation is accompanied with a fine that ranges from $500 to $1,000 for each day that the violation goes unaddressed. This means that Kells could be looking at a hefty $66k a day in fines if he does pay up fast!

The court has also ordered R. Kelly to come and remove all of his personal items from the property, adding that he will only be permitted to use the property as a recording studio from the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM.

R. Kelly claims he has never lived in the studio.
