Looks like R. Kelly is fighting back against prison officials and the blogger Tasha K. According to TMZ, the R&B singer filed a lawsuit against the U.S. government, prison workers, and Tasha K after a bunch of his private information was allegedly leaked to the blogger.

In the lawsuit, Kelly believes Tasha K and some of the prison authorities were working together to publicize his private information. According to the report, email correspondence, private calls, visitor logs, and more were leaked to Tasha K. Kelly, and his lawyer, Jennifer Bonjean believes authorities made some sort of deal with Tasha K in order to get his personal information which they suspect might’ve been done for money.

R. Kelly is also claiming that since Tasha K revealed some of his personal business it has hurt his reputation, invaded his privacy, and caused him undue emotional distress, according to TMZ.

R. Kelly previously had a conversation with #Wack100 and explained how he feels like he’s not being treated equally as others because he’s a celebrity. During the convo, Kelly said he wrote down a few things that he wanted to speak about. “The 14th amendment is equal protection under the law the 5th and 6th amendment deals with due process. Everyone must have a fair process, and there should not be a celebrity version of the constitution when it comes to going to trial. The law is not just song they can remix to satisfy their agenda.”

He continued saying, “no matter what some people may think or believe about R. Kelly they’re entitled to their opinions but I want people to remember this our constitutional rights are supposed to look like their constitution rights. Their due process is supposed to look like my due process. My equal right are supposed to like just equal rights, meaning equal.”

The last time we heard audio from Kelly surfacing on the internet before Wack 100 the singer expressed how he was “scared for my life” inside prison. He claimed that he “almost died” after having blood clots in his legs, which he alleged were neglected by medical staff at the prison.

On Monday (June 19), RapHouseTV uploaded audio to their various social media pages, reporting that R. Kelly, full name Robert Kelly, recently expressed concerns from behind bars in a Chicago prison. Currently, Kelly is serving a 30-year prison sentence in his hometown after being found guilty of sex trafficking.

On the audio clip obtained by the rap news outlet, Kelly claimed that animals receive better treatment than he has been afforded while sitting inside of Chicago’s Metropolitan Correctional Center. He claimed that he is in fear of losing his life due to alleged negligence on behalf of the facility’s medical staff. He alleged that they botched a procedure where he was having the blood clots in his legs treated.
