After being found guilty on all charges in public sex trafficking trial the R&B star is now back in the news. Kelly is set to appear in court again due to allegations that he broke up a man’s marriage.

The Mississippi man states Kelly ruined his marriage, which led to emotional and psychological pain that he’s now seemingly wanting compensation as a result of the infidelity.
Kenny Bryant has revealed that Kelly had sex with his ex-wife Asia Childress that started in 2012 shortly after they tied the knot. Although he knew that his ex-wife had a past relationship with the singer, Bryant was sworn by Childress that it wouldn’t intervene with the life they were building together.
According to Radar Online, the suit states Bryant claims everything was amazing until Kelly began showing up again. He says the singer had an ‘intimate extramarital affair’ with his wife starting in October 2012. The two reportedly started linking up after he performed a show in her city.

Bryant says his wife was having this affair with Kelly for five years. He also alleges the singer gave her Chlamydia. To make matter worse, before finding out about the affair, Bryant says his wife convinced him to pack up and move to Georgia. He says he later noticed she made the request to be closer to Kelly’s home.
Bryant says Childress ended up divorcing him. He is suing Kelly for ‘depriving him of his spouse.’ The suit is seeking unspecified damages for the alleged emotional and psychological pain.
