As we previously reported, thousands of protesters have taken to the streets across the US to protest against police brutality following George Floyd’s death. He died at 46, on May 25 after Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, 44, knelt on his neck for eight minutes and 46 seconds.
All four officers involved have since been arrested and charged. Chauvin is expected to appear in court this afternoon.
