Prince William Breaks Silence On Meghan & Harry’s Announcement

Prince William has allegedly broken his silence on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision to step down from royal life.

According to Sunday Times William is saddened that he won’t be with his brother following news that he and Meghan are aiming to be financially independent and will be splitting their time between the United Kingdom and North America.

“I’ve put my arm around my brother all our lives and I can’t do that anymore…I’m sad about that,” William reportedly told a friend, according to the Times.

“All we can do, and all I can do, is try and support them and hope that the time comes when we’re all singing from the same page. I want everyone to play on the team,” he added.

Apparently, since word came out that Meghan and Harry are planning to take on a more progressive route, the Queen has set up a family meeting at her country home in Sandringham for Monday, so that they can “talk things through.”
