Prince Harry & Meghan Markle’s California Home Invaded By Intruder Twice
Back in December, around the holidays, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s California home was invaded by an intruder twice. They ended up secretly handling the breaches unbeknownst to the public.
Prior to their recent, viral interview with Oprah — during which both, especially Harry, stressed the importance of their safety since leaving the Royal Family — the couple’s security and privacy was breached on two occasions by a 37-year-old man name Nickolas Brooks — who is believed to have traveled all the way from Ohio with an unclear motive. Fortunately, Harry and Meghan, and baby Archie were not at the home during either invasion.
It’s reported that Brooks was caught trespassing at the $11 million Montecito, CA home of the Duke and Duchess on Christmas Eve 2020. Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s officers ended up letting him off with a warning, but he showed up again on December 26 and was subsequently arrested. Brooks has been charged with one count of misdemeanor trespassing.
