In a new video regarding his health, President Trump calls catching the coronavirus a blessing and says he has been self-medicating with Regeneron.

President Trump exclaimed he wants American citizens to receive the same treatment he used to treat COVID-19 for free. He says he feels better after self-medicating with Regeneron after making the suggestion to doctors at the Walter Reed Hospital. Trump is also taking steroids to alleviate his symptoms.
“So I just want to say we have Regeneron. We have a similar drug from Eli Lilly and they’re coming out and we’re trying to get them on an emergency basis. We’ve authorized it, I’ve authorized it. And if you’re in the hospital and you’re feeling really bad, I think we’re going to work it so you can get it for free especially if you’re a senior.”

Trump also stated there are hundreds and thousands of doses for the public. He noted the drug made him feel better and called COVID a blessing because Regeneron made him feel better. He placed blame on China and said they are going to pay a “big price” for infecting the country with coronavirus.
” I think this was a blessing from God, a blessing in disguise. I caught it. I heard about this drug. I said, let me take it, it was my suggestion. I said, let me take it, and it was incredible the way it worked. ..I wanna get for you what I got and I’m gonna make it free. You’re not going to pay for it. It wasn’t your fault that this happened. It was China’s fault and China is going to pay a big price.”
