Trump Pops Out After Rumors Claim He’s Dead

Donald Trump is letting everyone know he’s well and alive, and surprisingly he’s doing it in a subtle way.

Instead of blasting off his usual rants on Truth Social, Trump decided to kill the noise by popping out at the Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Virginia, on Saturday. Video footage by CNBC appears to show him rocking a white polo shirt, black pants, and his signature red MAGA hat.

So where did these rumors even come from? Over the last few days, social media had folks whispering that the 47th president may be dead—though no real evidence backed it up. Searches for “is Trump dead” and “Trump dead” shot up on Google, while “Where is Donald Trump” started trending heavy on X.

Adding fuel to the fire, Trump hadn’t been seen publicly since Tuesday. Plus, he wasn’t scheduled for any weekend appearances. That silence left space for online speculation to run wild.

JD Vance Steps In To Calm The Noise

Ohio Senator JD Vance was quick to speak up, putting out statements to reassure the public.

“The president is in incredibly good health,” Vance told USA Today. “He’s got incredible energy.”

When pressed about whether he could step in if something ever happened to Trump, Vance didn’t hesitate.

“Yes, terrible tragedies happen,” Vance said. “But I feel very confident the president of the United States is in good shape, is going to serve out the remainder of his term and do great things for the American people.” He added: “And if, God forbid, there’s a terrible tragedy, I can’t think of better on-the-job training than what I’ve gotten over the last 200 days.”

His comments were meant to cool down the speculation, but for many, it only added more attention to the rumors.

White House Keeps Quiet On Trump “Death” Rumors

The White House hasn’t released any statement about the chatter online. And honestly, that might be the point—they don’t see it as serious enough to even respond.
