President Biden Tells New Staff Members ‘I Will Fire You On The Spot’ If They Disrespect Others
President Biden is not playing! He’s demanding that his staff members treat others with dignity and if they don’t, they will be fired!

After Biden was sworn in as the 46th President of the United States on Wednesday, he held a virtual swearing-in ceremony later that day for incoming administrators and said that regardless of their background, they’re “entitled to be treated with decency and dignity.” He added, “That’s been missing in a big way the last four years. I expect you to do that for all the folks you deal with,” he said.
Biden went on to make it real clear: “I’m not joking when I say this: If you’re ever working with me and I hear you treat another colleague with disrespect, talk down to someone, I promise you I will fire you on the spot,” he added. “On the spot. No ifs or buts.”
On his first day in office, President Joe Biden also signed more than a dozen executive actions, some of which reverse decisions made by his predecessor, former President Donald Trump.
