The home where rapper Pop Smoke was murdered is about to sell for millions, just just six months after he was gunned down on the property.
The Hollywood Hills home owned by the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Teddi Mellencamp was listed for $2,950,000 in July. The lavish home is currently in escrow, meaning a buyer has accepted an offer to snag the home despite its grisly past.
According to The Blast, Teddi and her husband initially purchased the home for $4,070,000 in 2017. It has 5-bedrooms, 6-bathrooms, 4,309 sq. ft. and is above the Sunset Strip
As we reported, the rapper was renting the home back in February when masked men stormed in and fatally him. The home has several security cameras and four of the suspects were caught on tape.
At the time of the murder, Teddi released a heartfelt message,
“Early this am we were informed by a 3rd party leasing and management company overseeing a rental home we own in Los Angeles that a shooting had taken place at the property. Foremost, we would like to extend our prayers and condolences to the family and loved ones affected by this tragic loss of life.”
Four people have been arrested with the crime and two face the death penalty.
