The Richland Township Police Department reports Ramsey Martinez was food shopping with his family at a local Walmart in Quakertown around noon and his mother, Margarita Del Rosario says her back was turned when the man punched the boy. His sister, Netfaly Martinez, said Del Rosario confronted the guy after the attack: “She turned around and asked, ‘Could you be more careful?’ And the guy answered her, ‘Oh, he was in my way,’”

However, the family noticed he had a bloodied lip and were worried if the attack could’ve triggered a seizure since Ramsey has epilepsy. The footage also revealed the suspect exited from Walmart and drove off in a white SUV.

“He didn’t know how to react, What if they hit him in the head? He would have been taken to the hospital. What if he had a seizure?
