The LMPD fired detectives Joshua Jaynes and Myles Cosgrove on Tuesday — citing “extreme violations of our policies.” Cosgrove, of course, was one of the cops present during the raid. He also fired shots.

Miami Beach Police confirmed that the 29-year-old rapper, whose real name is Jonathan Lyndale Kirk, was one of the people being interviewed following the shooting.
Witnesses report hearing multiple gunshots being fired.

James Dozier, reported that he heard the shots while he at Prime 112.

“At first it was like two or three shots, and then a couple of seconds later it was like ‘pop, pop, pop, pop, pop,’ a whole bunch of shooting,” Dozier said. “And then you can hear the car zooming down the road. You heard a car like trying to get away.”
