Jackson Township Police officers arrived at the scene after residents complained about a massive house party in Jackson around 8:30 p.m. They said that the home on Mill Pond Road had been rented out and the hosts were violating the state’s executive order to only allow 500 people for outdoor gatherings and 100 people for indoor gatherings and contacted homeowner Yaakov Weiss, 40. Weiss explained that he rented the home through Airbnb and expected 200 people at the residence.

As reported by NBC, the hosts were identified as 23-year-old Patience Guanue and Alicia Hinneh,22.  Along with Weiss, the women were issued summonses for violating the state’s order. A statement from Airbnb says the two women were dropped from the platform as an investigation is currently underway. Additionally, the original listing did not list the home as “event-friendly.”
