Is Lil Nas X cramping everyone’s style with his outrageous Halloween costume? It looks so! In a hilarious but super weird move, the entertainer decided to be a bloody tampon for Halloween this year… yes you read that right.
Now why did he choose this as a costume idea? Only God knows but it looks like he had tons of fun in it. The Old Town Road artist revealed his look in a video where he can be seen popping out of a homemade vagina. He rocks a blonde wig with red paint splatter, a white and red bulky cover with white high heels to top off his look.
While most people found humor in his costume, others weren’t really feeling it. One said, “Of all the possible ideas in the world, he decided on this? 🤷🏻♂️.” Another added, “lil nas x has always something up in his sleeves. but like damn a used tampon??? 😭” A third said, “Lil Nas X who ‘went into labor’ to promote his album, and released a song about worshipping Satan while giving the devil a lap dance, dressed up as a used tampon for Halloween. He’s a gross degenerate, desperate for attention.”

Now we all know Lil Nas X is no stranger to controversy. In 2021, he sparked mixed reactions after he debuted his pregnancy-themed photo shoot to promote his debut studio album “Montero.”
The rapper posted photos of his fake pregnant stomach, and said at the time, “SURPRISE! I can’t believe i’m finally announcing this. My little bundle of joy ‘MONTERO’ is due September 17, 2021,” he wrote on Instagram. Of course he received tons of backlash over it but Nas X responded to the criticism saying, “you really on here calling a young mother to be ugly?” He joked. He also said, “one day y’all will learn i am not a representation of anyone but lil nas x.”
Clearly, Lil Nas X doesn’t care about outrage and doesn’t take anything in life seriously.
