Now, we don’t know about you, but racing a professional athlete doesn’t exactly sound like the brightest idea. But hey, we guess Kevin just couldn’t resist the challenge.

In true Kevin Hart fashion, he’s taking the whole situation in stride and even finding humor in his injury. This isn’t the first time Kevin has faced physical challenges. In fact, he had serious back issues from a car accident in the past. It seems like he just can’t catch a break when it comes to his body. But hey, at least he’s got a great sense of humor about it all.

According to Kevin himself, the injury occurred during a 40-foot dash against Stevan Ridley. Now, we don’t know about you, but we can barely run 40 feet without getting winded, let alone race against a former NFL player. But hey, we all have our own unique talents, right?

Kevin revealed on Instagram that he’s currently using a wheelchair due to his injuries. He blew out his lower abdomen and hip abductors, which are causing him pain and making it impossible for him to walk. Ouch! That sounds like it’s going to be quite the recovery process. Kevin estimates that he’ll need to use the wheelchair for about six to eight weeks. Let’s hope he takes this time to rest up and heal properly.
