‘One On One’ Star Flex Alexander Recalls Being Evicted From LA Home: ‘I Tried To Hold On’
Flex Alexander who’s known for his roles on UPN sitcoms ‘One On One‘ and ‘Girlfriends,’ recalls to PageSix about being evicted from his LA home in 2010.
Alexander, who is married to singer Shanice, recounts the time in his and family’s life when they hit hard times and got the notice to evict. The actor-comedian says, “It was a real estate crash. We bought a lot of property so the hard times came along and I continued to try to hold onto that property and pull from savings. Real estate was a great way to attain wealth and it was something I wanted to pass down to our family and our kids. So I tried to hold on — but I should have just jumped ship early.”
