Oop! In a new teaser clip that has hit the internet, Omarion, real name Omari Grandberry, speaks on his estranged B2K bandmate Lil Fizz, and how he got him his role on ‘Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood.’
Omarion Says He’s The Reason Lil Fizz Landed A Role On ’Love & Hip Hop’ — ‘He Was Living With His Mom; And I Never Thought It Would Turn Into What It Did’
After maintaining his silence and remaining “unbothered” for years, Omarion continues to open up about his personal life, and estranged relationship with Lil Fizz, in his new series ‘OMEGA: The Gift & The Curse.’
As we all know, Omarion and Lil Fizz have had a rocky past after growing up in the spotlight and rocking stages together to then ending up on VH1’s ‘Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood,’ and beefing over Omarion’s ex-girlfriend and children’s mother, Apryl Jones.

While O and Fizz began the series on good terms, things would turn rocky after Fizz and Apryl continued to get closer, following her breakup with Omarion.
Eventually, Fizz and Apryl would go exclusive; and that led to a wedge between Fizz and Omarion. Since, Fizz and Apryl are no longer together, and Fizz has apologized for his wrongdoings to his “brother.”

Now, as mentioned above, a new teaser for Omarion’s series sees him speaking on Lil Fizz. In the clip, Omarion takes responsibility for helping Fizz land a role on the show that captured their friendship turn upside down.
Omarion says, “[Show Creator & Producer] Mona [Scott Young] and her team, they asked, ‘Do you have any other friends or people that we could interview and see’ … You know, ‘cause they’re all about connections. And interweaving people into storylines, etc.”

Omarion continues to explain, “I offered up Fizz. He was living with his mom at the time. I think he was in-between places. It was an opportunity. And you know, I’m not one to hold opportunities from people. But, I never thought, it would turn into what it’s turned to.”
