NYPD Say MTA Bus Driver Sexually Assaulted Woman After Taking Her To Secluded Spot

On Sunday (Nov. 29), NYPD officials report that an MTA bus driver sexually assaulted a 57-year-old woman after taking her to a secluded spot.

Officials say the victim reported her assault, beginning with her boarding the BX26 bus at Jerome Avenue an Bedford Park in the Bronx, some time before 3:30 p.m. A police spokesman stated, “She says the driver drove the bus to a secluded location, turned off the bus and sat down next to her and started to touch her. It’s pretty outrageous if it did happen.”
